Ive seen others try wiring a 2jzgte into an is200 like ive said on an earlier post the is200 ecu controls a fair bit of stuff u will prob have to run both the is200 ecu and the ls400 ecu in tandem problem is the cam and crank signals im sure the is200 ecu needs rpm signal for air conditioning to work.
