The fuse for the wipers on a 97 wrangler are located behind glove box just unhook strap that holds up. I have checked all fuses and everything looks fine. Almost seems like i am not getting any power. Fuse 3 supplies the accessory circuits through the ignition key and energizes the coil of the accessory relay.
